Ordered an omelette and there was nothing special about it. My partners order had onions in the omelette and she ordered specifically w/o onions. Service was mediocre at best. Ambiance was a basic coffee shop vibe. Sign outside is 98% faded and can't even make out the establishment I would try somewhere else for breakfast... one and done

My daughter enjoyed the pancakes so we went back a second morning. It was a huge mistake. I told the waitress we wanted 2 pancakes. She said they are big and I said yes I know, we came yesterday and she couldn't eat three. She comes back with waffles and I said oh she had pancakes. The waitress then tells me no you said waffles. I explained no, my daughter doesn't eat waffles and we came here specifically for pancakes. She then continued to argue that I ordered waffles. She then said I'll get my manager because you definitely ordered waffles. I said I'm not paying for waffles when I ordered pancakes. She then says well I'm not paying for them. Another waitress takes away the waffles and brings us the pancakes. I lost my appetite so I sat there as my daughter ate her food. No one came back to check on us at all as we were sat in the back room. I had to call the desk phone to ask for our check. The waitress brings the check and drops it on table and walks away. Never have I had such a bad experience anywhere and being with my daughter made it even worse. Completely ruined our morning together. My five year old even asked me why the lady was so rude. Even if a customer was in the wrong, this is not the way anyone should be treated. The lady at the desk had asked the previous two customers how they enjoyed their meal but when I got there she didn't even speak she just ran my card and gave me the ticket. Would not recommend this place. Never once was any type of apology given for the situation and we were just left there for twenty minutes alone in a back room. This "family restaurant" is not a family that I want any part of.
It's definitely worth a stop for families who like comfort food with good service also. They have breakfast all day. I had a meat lovers omelet with hashbrowns. We were seated quickly, and they accommodated our large, overwhelming group quickly. Best waitress I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Good food, good service, good eats, that's hard to beat.

The quality of the food has gone down so much and prices keep going up. I guess seasonings are getting too expensive because I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the fried country steak last week and they were so bland that I was mad that I knew I could make better for cheaper. I used to love coming here but between the food quality and servers, I can't anymore. My own sister is nicer to me then the last server I got, she was so monotone, had a rbf and not even basic manners like please and thank you. (She was Mexican or lantina looking) I'm so disappointed that I can't come back and I used to come here once a week if that says anything. We even got told to seat ourselves (they're suppose to seat you) and was ignored for 10 minutes.. never used to be this bad in the past.
