It is easier now to get into Wendy's on South Federal in Mason City. More of the road work is completed. Got a Dave's Triple and tried the new chicken tenders...both were great, fresh and hot. Staff was on top of it too.

Went to go inside 8pm. Lobby doors locked. Go thru the drive thru and am told lobby closes at 7pm?!?! WRONG!!!

Terrible service to the point of being refused to even let me order for no reason. Many issues with this location including personally and as a door dasher. Wendy's food has also gone downhill in recent years.
