You have very good burgers and a good place to eat but the fish sandwiches are terrible you think you would be able to pick out a better fish sandwich for us thank you

I had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and was very satisfied. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and there was a lot of chicken.
The restaurant is very clean from the dining room to the back kitchen. The restroom felt like a sauna, and I like that very much. It has wrap around parking lot, which includes two (2) disabled parking spots.
I love the decor, especially the "W" on the island table. There is a variety of seats from benches, islands, tables for 2 or 4 or more, round or square-shaped to a cozy soft chair beside a fireplace screen.
The staff is great - some being friendlier than the rest.

Tonight I ordered a chicken blt sandwich big bag, the meal included a drink which I got, a sandwich which was not made correctly, and as the side I did the 4 piece nugget which I didn’t receive. Normally I don’t do reviews, but tonight I decided to do a review since I didn’t receive the nuggets I ordered, and when I ordered the sandwich I asked for no tomato, when I opened the wrapper for the sandwich there was no tomato, but there was a slice of onion which isn’t supposed to be on the sandwich, and there was supposed to be mayo on the sandwich and instead I got what looked like ketchup and mustard on there. I was very disappointed that I was missing part of my order, and that my sandwich had stuff on it that wasn’t supposed to be there.

A large chili has shrunk so small, needed 2 larges to get enough to eat. Ordered and paid on line, yet at pickup had NOT started my order. Wendy is too expensive for the amount of product served. Fried up half pound of hamburger and dumped Wendy chili into fry pan, I did have enough to eat. No ounce size on container. Hesitate food order again. No cracker or spoon for a frosty in the sack.
Parking: Backing out from parking is dangerous as traffic flow to drive up is close behind. Hate that parking lot

Food is as expected. But I went inside for 4 meals to take home. That means 4 drinks. How the he'll are they out of cup holders. Poor girl working the front was mortified as I was annoyed. That manager isn't doing the crew ANY favors letting them run out of supplies like that. Managers need to do better there.
I totally screwed up my mobile order first it got marked carry out instead of drive thru and instead of making me come in they let me stay in drive through then one of my granddaughters wanted sprite and it stayed milk and I didn't realize it and they changed it for me.
