The building is for sale and in shambles, but the bartender was kind, helpful and cheery considering it was a Sunday evening. They're doing their best. The whole town is kind of falling apart.

Food was not fresh. Tasted like the oil is never changed in the fryers. Bathrooms were gross. Over all I was disappointed.

Very good basic cheeseburger with locally grown beef. You don't need condiments with this burger.

In town to see the Hole in the Sock Gang, we stopped for food. The owner was very friendly. The main street is being redone, and it is affecting all the businesses. Try to support them.

On a last minute road trip to Pikes Peak. We were hungry and even though there is construction downtown McGregor we were able to drive down and see the sign “Best Burgers in Town” and it was true. The bartender was awesome and fun to visit with. Well worth the trip.
It was great. We had a great time. Will be back!

Visited twice so far. Burgers, strips, and side all cooked almost perfect. Nothing was over fried or cooked. Fries, breaded mushrooms, cheese balls were all golden. Price was very reasonable. My favorite place in this area.
Best cheese balls I’ve ever had! Steve himself cooked our delicious food!
The owner was wonderful! He took our order and made our food. He said his grandson raised the beef we ate for the 4H Fair. It doesn’t get much fresher than straight from the Fair. The food was delicious! We highly recommend Steve’s Silver Dollar and plan to eat there again on our next visit!
Was a frozen burger wasn't good at all. Steak was dry and like rubber
Angus burgers straight from his nephew’s farm just outside town. Outstanding meat!
