My sister and I arrived at your store at 8:45pm tonight. We got in line to place our order. There were a couple people in line before us. When the staff member came up to the window, she said...these two people are going to be my last people for the night...sorry. When she said that, she was pointing to the two people in line before us. We couldn't believe she would refuse waiting on us when it was 15 minutes before closing time. How many other people were turned away after us? So disappointed!

The food was okay the worker that take the order was kinda of rude and hayful just got a meal and a small strawberry ice cream and just for that the price was crazy for that price didn't really get what I paid

The guy handing us our DQ was fabulous. Had some good laughs. My treat was full of Heath bar, caramel & fudge & brownie. I would recommend Milford DQ for great ice cream & service.

Had coupon buy a blizzard, get one for $.99. Got 2 sm. Blizzards, 1 chicken basket and 1 stackburger for $23. That's almost $8/PER ITEM. Rip off. Sometimes staff is friendly & others they're snotty & rude. Also food & ice cream quality has decreased greatly over the last few years. Don't recommend.

Long waits in drive thru at lunch. 11 to 22.3 minutes the last few weeks. Works with attitude. This use to be the place I went at lunch but not anymore.

These workers need to be trained. Granddaughter went there and ordered 10 items. The individual did not put lids on anything, which included a banana split, chocolate malt and a slush and 7 other ice cream concoctions, nor did they offer a drink carrier. Consequently there was ice cream melting all over the vehicle in 92 degree weather. Dairy Queen if you are going to hire summer help, make sure tey are properly trained.
