“Been getting food here for a long time. They very rarely mess up. Today, they didn't put double meat on my subs when that's what I ordered and when I called and asked them about it, they acknowledged, apologized, and promptly remade them. They also let me keep the ones I already had, which I wasn't expecting. I'm pleased with how it was all handled. Thank you guys”

“I used to enjoy going to this DQ. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been disappointing. One time, the orange shake wasn't even mixed and was some chalky, disgusting concoction. This last time, I received an mini cookie dough blizzard; it was vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup only. There was 0 cookie dough in it.

“We always get the Nutty Bar! It’s an annual tradition. The $1 old-fashioned root beer is served in an icy mug and is delicious. This year we tried the limited edition Butterfinger Nutty Bar and it was also a hit. Just remember - eat it fast as it quickly goes from frozen solid to melting all over your hand.”
