Ordered pizza at 6:09 for pickup. I was told it would be ready by 7:20. My husband left at 7:15 and it's 8 and he texted saying he is still waiting for it. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Definitely not going back here, worth the drive to Spencer.

I placed a to go order at 7:30 and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was also told that they close at eight so I needed to pick up my order before 8. It is now 8:42 and I am still sitting outside the drive thru window...... One star is a generous rating tonight. Update.....after waiting at the drive thru window for over an hour I finally got my pizza. But there was a problem.....they handed over a partial order. So I waited for my taco pizza as the rest of my order was getting cold. I gave up on drive thru service and went inside to pick up my missing pizza. Took them another 15 minutes to "cut my pizza into slices". After spending nearly an hour and a half picking up my pizza I got home and my taco pizza was actually garlic bread and I am not sure what my bread sticks were. To the person who got my taco pizza, I just want you to know it was a meatless order. I hope you enjoyed it. 😂. To the owner of Godfathers......I have no idea what the problem was on Sunday night but I would suggest that you fix it. I was not the only disgruntled customer standing there an hour after closing time.

Stopped in and ordered a Large single topping pizza listed on the placard for 16.25. Yet when the clerk rang up the sale he charged me 18.50. And with tax 21.25. I showed him the placard price but he just looked at me like he didn't care. So I left and will not go back again if that's how they screw the customers.

Pizza arrived over an hour from the estimated delivery time and wasn’t hot. I would have appreciated some sort of notification of the delay. I could have came and got it. Not the first time this has happened with this location. I’d suggest ordering for pick up.

I ordered pizza at 7:40 and I was told it would be delivered between 8:30 and 9 but it didn't show up. I even called before they closed at 9 and was told it was ready and that she would be delivering it but it's 9:21 and our pizza still hasn't showed up yet my card was charged. I'm livid!!!! Update after two phone calls it finally showed up at 9:35

Cut corners on orders. How this location remains in the franchise is mind boggling. Learned to drive to Spencer or Spirit Lake for any order. If you have to order in Milford, even Casey's is

My nephew and son-in-law love Godfather's pizza, so several of us went there for lunch. Everyone except our grand niece ordered pizza, and she ordered chicken legs. Everyone except for me liked their food. We ordered our pizza with a thin crust, which I thought was too dry.
