The staff were friendly and polite, however they weren’t very attentive to checking on tables. There wasn’t many guests either. The food was lesser quality than any other Perkins I’ve ever been to.

Had dinner on May 13th around 8pm. There was no one else in the restaurant and placed our order. It arrived quickly and was delicious. Server was pleasant and courteous.

Kelsey/kelsie/kelsy however you spell her name was terrible at customer service, if that's the shift leadership all is left to be desired. Our waitress Rae was amazing though and if Kelsey could learn to be more like Rae that'd change things for the better! Don't work a register if you can't explain the charges associated with that register.

We’ve had a bad experience at this store before. Long story short, we sat for 45 min +- edited finding out our order had never been put in.
Lo and behold, we are giving the store another shot, after having one decent experience, and we’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and the waitress informed us they were “working on ours”.
Needless to say, we will not be back.

We reserve the back room for a fishing tournament group FOMNTT. THEY ALWAYS TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF US. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, AND GREAT FOOD!
Got a build your own omelette with some sourdough bread. Food was actually pretty good, but a little lukewarm when we got it. They looked a bit understaffed so the service was subpar but didn’t mind too much. I would go back again on another visit

Went there Friday night 10/11/24 on the spur of the moment. Not many customers there as it was still fairly early. The waitress was amazing. Very attentive & friendly. I gave her an extra large tip for her excellent service. The food was amazing. Came out hot, fresh & quick. Not disappointed one bit. Keep up the great work!

First, wautress came back from kitchen didn't have dish that was ordered, was prepared for that, ordered cheeseburger, that came back with no cheese. Ordered 2 pieces of dessert to go, wife's pie was so small was ridiculous, I ordered a piece of chocolate cake, when got home it was so old and hard, even tried soaking it in milk, couldn't eat it. I usually don't give reviews, but this place must be failing, last year it was great. Would give less than 1 star at this time.
