Went up to the register to pay our bill and they charged us for the wrong table. We got 2 VIB one with water and the other with iced tea. I even gave the guy the receipt that he handed to me. He crinkled it up and threw it away. I didn't realize that we got overcharged until we were getting ready to pull out of the parking lot. So my husband turned back around and I went in to have it taken care of. Jason didn't know how to handle the transaction. Kept using the excuse that he was new and his higher-up wouldn't be in for a couple of hours. Gave my phone number and name and asked for him to call me when they get it taken care of. He said that he would. Not too happy with the training of you people. It's sad, that you can't train your people to know how to take care of something like this. Now we were charged for someone else's food and have to wait for them to fix it in order to get it reimbursed onto the card. Which is going to take a while. We were charged over double of what our bill was.

I love this place. I take my kids there a lot and we nearly always get the same waitress and she's the best. Very good food and respectful personalities/service. It's become a first to mind when we want to eat out.Kid-friendliness: Coloring pages and if your kid orders from the kid menu they get a free cookie with their meal! Many kid friendly drinks without caffeine. And very friendly towards kids.
