“Had lunch here today with a friend. Excellent service, drinks and food. We had the shrimp fajitas, low carb. Loaded with fresh vegetables in place of rice and beans. Can’t wait to come back.“

“My wife and I were there at 4:30 on 9/25/2024. Each ordered a tenderloin. Our server asked if we needed an extra bun, I wish I had ordered the second bun, The tenderloin was half an inch thick and the size of a dinner plate. It tasted wonderful. this was the first time in my life I couldn't finish a tenderloin. Will defintely be back!“

“Mudder's doesn't look like much from the outside, but I can guarantee it's warm on the inside. Miss Amy is your host and owner, and they don't come better than her. The locals are what you would expect from the fly-over part of the country. Kind, friendly, respectful, and All American. This is a must stop place if you're passing through the middle of Iowa.“
