Love Arby’s food but what has happened with their service the past several months. I appreciate our food is always hot but the last two times we’ve been there we have waited 15 min for our order both inside and drive thru.

It was a busy weekend day both drive thru and inside about 1pm. I expect a wait when it busy like it was but it seemed excessive. They had a lot of staff, not sure why there was such a long wait time.

Service was very slow. The sandwiches were put together sloppy and very messy (sauce all over outside of bun). They also forgot part of our order.

I had to wait for 15 minutes for a single sandwich. I watched their system and it seems flawed. They need more people making food and less people filling orders. Also, the bun was bad and too much of it.
