It was a busy weekend day both drive thru and inside about 1pm. I expect a wait when it busy like it was but it seemed excessive. They had a lot of staff, not sure why there was such a long wait time.
I had to wait for 15 minutes for a single sandwich. I watched their system and it seems flawed. They need more people making food and less people filling orders. Also, the bun was bad and too much of it.
Order was perfect and the nice counter person gave me an apple turnover because I'm not big on fries and such was super friendly clean lobby fresh hot food fast service way to go this is a great Arby's to stop for a quick bite
