Was very upset that you advertise outside on the building that you have a play area but then once you walk into the restaurant, there’s signs all over the door saying it’s closed! The manager on duty didn’t even put my coupons in on the register. The money I spent on my food was not worth it. I will not be returning to this Burger King.

My mom was air lifted to Omaha Neb from Sioux City for a heart attack so I stopped here to get THE BEST BK EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! they made sure it was fast, fresh, and friendly!!!! It was so good we went back today and spoke with the gm! She was the absolute saving grace of that place!!!she talked about taking over it not long ago and I gotta say in a short few months she turned a store that was not managed and dirty to a CLEAN WELL MANAGED RESTAURANT!! that’s right RESTAURANT!!! This isn’t no fast food bk this is restaurant bk!!!! ID BE PROUD BK YOU GOT GREAT PLACE!!!!

Food was good but I stopped going to this Burger King because the the eating area was always dirty, the bathroom is so disgusting I walk out of it feeling my hands where more dirty than when I walked in there (and I had just washed my hands)? So it made me start thinking if the eating area and bathroom is that disgusting I wonder what the kitchen is like where they're making my food! The girl at the front counter that takes orders really likes to talk about herself doesn't even acknowledge what you're telling her. She also likes to gossip about regular customers that go to eat there often. I mean come on! It always made me feel real uncomfortable. If you want to see the worst Burger King restaurant ever, go to this one. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there though.

Refused to talk over the drive thru for a while and wouldn't open the window either even tho they had help the vehicle infront

Im not sure who the heavy set lady was taking orders and begging at the window was last night but she was wearing a manager shirt and she was far from a manager we ordered a number 7 and she really says we don't have a number 7 okay then why is it on the menu I don't know we're out of it then take a piece of paper and tape it over the number 7 that is outside on the menu board it is not that hard and it's not rocket science you shouldn't be rude to customers because they don't know if you're out of a number seven her excuse was I've been telling my boss that. We also all got onion rings we didn't order instead of fries

If I could give it a lower review I would we got there at 6 lights are on sign is on we are walking in to order food because we can't go through drive-thru do to truck, but we get to the doors and they are locked no posted signs nothing and it says they are open.
This 5 star rating is going to Nick and Michael!! They're the only 2 gentlemen that I have ever seen at this location, however, they're running the entire restaurant on their own and doing a FANTASTIC job!! Stay FABULOUS guys!! Burger King is lucky to have you both!! See you the next time we come through your town.
my sandwich was good, but my fries were not hot and were old. there was a dirty mop bucket by the door, the bathrooms needed attention, and the workers were not cleaning when they could have been cleaning.

Very slow drive thru at 7:40 am. One car ahead. Hopefully that means the food was freshly cooked. Potatoes were not greasy. That was great!

It wasn't busy. I stopped in the drive-through. With no line, it took 15 minutes for a couple of jr. Whoppers. Disappointing visit!

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers and it took 15 minutes after they said the coffee would take 15 minutes and we said no thank you. Should have just ordered coffee and made the lazy girls working make it. The food sucked the woman working were rude I’ll never come here again don’t waste your time. Just go across the street to McDonald’s
