Waited 21 minutes for food. Not a single acknowledgment from staff or manager. Asked on food twice. Do NOT stop here. Horrid service.
Terrible management. We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru line while others continually got food behind us and left. When we went inside it was sitting on the counter. They said they were short staffed. Asked for a refund or an apology and we were told no. Ok, fine, we can be understanding. We leave and several things from the order were missing. We got our order To Go on the way to the Omaha Airport. My husband's Qtr Deluxe Cheese was burned & the top bun was half burned black but they still sent it out. I complained per the survey & to the corporation. Today we got home to a message left at 9:19 AM on our answering machine (most people have day jobs so they aren't home) & the manager wants my husband to call Her back...long distance!
