Had an issue with the app when ordering food went in to talk to a manager, and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and two employees walked right past me and didn’t say a word and when I finally said something to one of the employees that were walking past, they were very rude

One of the nicest McDonald's I've been in however they did not have any cashiers order by your phone or on their kiosk luckily for a 60-year-old they had a nice young man that came over and helped us

Ordered 2 coffees and a medium fry. We waited 15 minutes before they told us they were sold out of this particular coffee. After giving us a refund for the coffee, we waited another 5 minutes for the fries.Very dirty atmosphere! Food all over the floor and counters. Not very impressed with this McDonalds location in Sioux Falls!

Went through the drive through Saturday morning for breakfast sandwiches, the food was absolutely inedible, mcmuffins weee literally so hard you could barely chew them they went in the trash. Hash Browns were cold but at least they could be eaten. The order was at least twenty dollars, completely ridiculous.
Would not take my order. Forced me to wait for a bunch of kids to stop playing on the kiosks. Then when I got my food my fries were only half full. Calling corporate tomorrow to complain about them forcing the kiosk. But I want them to know that's messed up!
