What a friendly staff! Watched a young lady named Annie on her break eating next to us, she noticed the ranch dressing bottles were empty. She left her food, went to the kitchen and brought dressing out for the people in line. Not playing on her phone but paying attention to the customers. Good job Annie??? An employee staff that cares.
Done with this location, the service has gone way downhill. Ordered an 8 piece box to go before the buffet started. I was told it would be a 10 min wait for the chicken. After twenty minutes, they stocked the buffet with chicken, so I asked about our order. Was told it would be a few minutes more. Finally got.our box of chicken after 30 mins of waiting.

No stars for this place. I parked mt semi there last night, so I could eat when they opened. I was out of the way and not blocking access in anyway. However, instead of knocking on my door to discuss this like a man, the owner called my company and complained, and left a note on my window about my parking there, telling me I had to leave or he would call police. I have parked there before with no issues. However, I do understand he has a right to not let me park there and not to let me spend y money there. My issue is him not being a man about it and talking face to face to resolve the issue.
We just moved to Missouri Valley and didn't want to cook. The food was sooo good way better than the other pizza ranches we have been to. We are now going to have our daughters bday party there. Excited to go back!

Food was good. There were a lot of people there. I understand they knew it was going to be busy, so why didn't they have more help? This was a smaller Pizza Ranch. Not as many choices on salad bar or pizza bar. It was ok for its size.
They were very fast and efficient to our group of 20ish people. Friendly and clean!
