pretty bad service. one employee was rude and the other was not smart in the nicest way possible. the not smart one had gloves on while touching stuff like the tables and chairs and the screen and ended up keeping the gloves on to make our sandwiches. it wasn’t the cleanest place either. be warned.

This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. We came in between 730 and 8 pm on a Sunday. There were 2 employees sitting at a table eating a bag of chips, they didn't get up to work till we walked into the restaurant. Tables were dirty, floors needed swept and the employees seemed annoyed we were there. The girl taking our order had her hay backwards and was loudly having a conversation with the employee doing the dishes in the back talking crap about previous customers that had come in that day, the entire time she made our food. There was zero customer engagement, zero sense that they were even remotely excited about their job. Whomever is doing the hiring at this location really needs to reevaluate some things.

Had 2 on line orders put in for 6:30
Pick up time.when we arrived they had no clue. Said their system was crashed. They continued to help inside people and other to go orders and we finally received our order at 7:18. We also were missing drinks and chips for the order. None of them were remotely apologetic nor were they concerned with trying to move quickly to remedy the mistake! Very disappointing!

Drowned are food with sauces 3 4 straps of mayo many lines of sauce needed a bit just to eat got mush fast. To socked go back to the training video do recommend unless customer ask for more!
