Lobby still isn't open. But there is no sign saying drive thru only. We walked to the doors and they were locked and three employees were right there sitting and watching. No one bothered to let us know. Until I called them, that's when they said only drive thru. Definitely a good way to lose customers. Especially if traveling and not having the proper way to notify potential customers. Was not impressed.

We stopped for a late lunch and dining was closed. Only drive through. Tried to order but speaker didn't work so pulled up to the window. Waited a little over 5 minutes and nobody showed up. Only saw 2 employees walking around inside. We left and went elsewhere.

Negative 5. Don't order using their app, they won't fill the order. Then you'll be told to call corporate for a refund. Workers are terrible and they take no responsibility. Completely unhelpful. Avoid at all cost!

I love taco johns just like 30 minutes away from this place. THIS TACO JOHNS is not great. Hate to say it but no one wants to work, they still don't have their lobby open and when we pulled up to the drive through no one answered. We even tried calling, no one answered that either and when we pulled around they had on a tiny peice of paper that they were closed due to a water main break in the town, even though all the other fast food places were open.

Not sure what's wrong with the location, but outside says lobby is opened until 9pm, and they had doors locked at 7:30 pm, tried even calling but no response.Not everyone has a car for drive thru, typical racism with truckers.
Love Taco John's whenever I can find it. The Taco Bravo is one of ny favorite things. Love the potato o'lays!

The workers stand outside the only door smoking, so you have to walk through the cloud. One of the workers was just outside smoking holding a baby, the other was walking around with her body parts half hanging out, just go to the next exit. However far it may be.

Been here many times with no problems until recently. We arrived at 9pm one night (an hour before close) to them having computer issues and could not serve us. Just tried again a month later, again arriving at 9pm to have them tell me they can't help me because their power is going in and out. I said you should shut off the lights and the girl replied with, 'do you think we should clean in the dark?' with significant attitude. I replied no, but you should shut all the flashing 'Open' lights off out front. Two times in a row of closing an hour early because of problems. Considering I am the one that didn't get food TWICE after driving out of my way to be greeted with rudeness is unacceptable. Please do better Taco John's.

Pulled into the drive up no one answered in the machine. Drove around to go inside and the doors were locked. Went through the drive through again and still no answer on the machine. The open sign was on and saw people inside, it was 9 pm. Went to McDonald's.

Walked to this business from the next door hotel and would never go there again! The two booths in the dining area are apparently reserved for staff break areas as personal items are just left lay all around and the staff hangs out in the booths between customers and yell back and forth to each other (if they're not stretched out to sleep), this is NOT a welcoming environment!The tables were all dirty and the trash containers were overflowing. This place is a definite "no ".
