The way they treat customers is so bad. I will never go there again. Here is what happened.
For anyone’s information - we went to Bucksnort in Missouri Valley tonight for dinner. Noah brought his special toy he is connected to. Are you kidding me! How hard would it have been to sit this stuffed animal aside. This is a great kid with a great family who serves the Missouri Valley Community!! I am beyond disgusted!!!

Friend took her autistic child (not that that matters) to this “place” and he left his special toy there and instead of holding onto it for a few days to give them a chance to come back in get it, they decided to throw a child’s toy away. Absolutely terrible attitudes about the whole situation and just terrible establishment.
