The food is good but whoever Josh is need to either find a different job or at least be better at customer service. Horrible attitude when another 3 people walked in and whispered “Jesus fing Christ”. Very horrible experience I’d give a 0 if I could.

I have been coming to this subway for the past year, and every time i run into the specific employee "Josh" he always make's you feel like you shouldn't have even have came in. I have never ran into someone who seemingly WANTS you to leave and not even order your food. Every other employee has been amazing except this specific one.

If I could I’d give this place the owner and all the staff a negative zero. I worked for a month with absolutely NO pay check. I was told I’d be payed on Monday. Monday came around still NO pay check. Threatened to call the police and magically there was a check. Obviously I’m not going back. But I have another check. ON VIDEO AND IN FRONT Of THE POLICE said I’d be payed the 26th I go in today the 28th and what do we have no pay check again. This place is an absolute joke and I will be turning them in to the bbb and Iowa labor board. This place just needs shut down. Oh and they serve people old food

Just went and got food from the subway here in montezuma, went to eat my blt and the bacon didn’t look like it was cooked. The lady working had informed me that the bacon is “already cooked from the place the meet comes from”, then proceeded to tell me that she cooked mine and my husband’s sandwich at the same time. Brought the sandwich back to show how the bacon didn’t look like it even was cooked. Oh and the open sign was off and had to inform the co-works to turn it on. That’s part of your job to turn on the open sign when you come to work.

I see the new Manager is lazy. Doesn't seem motivated, tells fibs,and has lost a decent order today, because she didn't want to work too hard. If i was manager,I would have taken my order. She didn't even ask what size. If you can't make 15 minis, in 8 and a half hours you have a problem. Watch me come in and make you make them on the spot at 4:30. Lol. Not really, a business who wants my money will get my money!

Food was great, workers seemed stressed and like they didnt want to be ther. Literally the gal told me she was annoyed with all the online orders and "all this". They put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. They put pepper jack instead of provolone. It made my sandwich super hot with the pepperoni on it as well. I ate 2 bites and threw it away.
Called ahead to see if they were open at 730 pm, was told they are open until 9. Pull up at 8 to doors locked and they were closed. Not the first time this has happened either. They were closed at 6pm, 830pm, 515pm and that’s just in the last few visits.

It's not like it used to be, Morgan was a excellent boss she had a great team behind her, they all worked along aside & listened & it was a pleasure seeing that! She is greatly missed! Hopefully it can be that way again.

They had 3 workers and only one was making sandwiches for the line of 5 customers. The other two workers appeared to have a friend with them and they were to busy on their phones to help. When 3 more customers came in the younger gals finally got up but started putting chips out instead of helping to make sandwiches. The sign says to not say anything so I didn't. Felt bad for the gal working the line.
