Busy when we arrived, but friendly and good service. Food from the kitchen was served as ordered, hot, and in a very reasonable time. Good follow-up by the server.Parking: Great tenderloins, ribeye sandwiches, weekly offerings, and drink specials.
Nice going back to my folks old establishment. This restaurant/bar has been around for many years in a small historic town of montrose iowa. Met the new owner who is quite pleasant. Their bar has large windows overlooking the Mississippi River, which is quite calming. The boaters come off the river for. Meals. I had a chicken wrap with Manga habanero sauce. Really good. I live 40 minutes away. The food and service are totally worth the drive. And when the weather is nice you can eat by the river, it's right outside! Staff is friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend and I had only been there once before and our waitress remembered us! Highly recommend.
