Saturday night they had a band so thought we would patronize them. Bartender at Tiki bar advised us to go inside to order food. As we stood in line for over half an hour was told no longer taking food orders! Good way to lose paying customers and my best friends first time here... She was not impressed
Kylie was our server, and she was just awful. they were not busy in the slightest. maybe one other table. Waited by the cash register for at least 10 minutes after waiting at the table for 20 minutes to pay. She just sat on her phone at the bar talking to another employee and didn't pay any attention to anyone.
