A/C is barely even on, probably set at 78. Half of the games for the kids were out of order, sat at the bar for 25 minutes without the bar tender taking our order or acknowledging that we were even there. Then stood at register for another 10 minutes bar tender said I’ll be right there when I first walked up then she ignored me. My family has always loved this place I’ve never been here before, my first experience was absolutely terrible and I will not be back. We have also rented the main cabin in the past and it’s also pretty bad, hard to find light switches mattresses are garbage no bath tub for young kids

Food at least tasted good, not too expensive, even if its not at all what you ordered. Service was pretty bad. Maybe just inexperienced workers but unless you were a young buck at the bar buying drinks they seemed not to be too worried about you. Food took forever when it wasn't busy. Not a single thing on a basic burger was correct on the order. Waffle fries, nope you get regular fries, bacon deluxe burger plain?, nope, you get no bacon and everything on it. Pretty poor experience on that end.

Well I guess my 11 son. Went out spending time with his Great parents house. 2family members ,He came back home burnt toast pizza. The need some good cooks before the loss some more customers

I guess when you're the only game in town you can treat customers like they work for you! French fries were cold, so hard you couldn't hardly bite them, stuck a tooth pick clear thru the sandwich and the box. Then tossed our change to us making it go all over the floor. Then very curt with a half baked apology before turning her back on him. As a former owner of a place like this I would not tolerate an employee treating customers like that. Not the first time I've seen this behavior but today was it for me. We won't be back.

Saturday night they had a band so thought we would patronize them. Bartender at Tiki bar advised us to go inside to order food. As we stood in line for over half an hour was told no longer taking food orders! Good way to lose paying customers and my best friends first time here... She was not impressed

Great food in a nice location! Brought a large group on a Saturday evening, and was helped right away. All the food was great and the service was excellent!
Had the tenderloin. It was cooked perfectly. We had a group of 6 and everything was out in a timely manner.
Parking: Plenty of spots, only complaint we had was the gravel. But we were on motorcycles also.

Worst bar food I've ever had. $12 hamburger burned on one side,grease dripping out. Fries were overcooked and tasted like fish. No bottle or tap beer only cans. We're told many things were out of stock on menu.

Very very disappointed with the pizza that is described as self rising crust when the crust is as thin as a jacks pizza with toppings thrown on. Service was very under par when you have to ask for service with waitstaff just standing around.
