AJ's Saloon in S.E. Iowa is a hidden gem with great food and service. They offer a nice menu selection, lunch specials, and a happy hour on weekdays. Customers enjoy generous portions like the grilled tenderloin, bacon burgers, and the absolute BEST ribeye sandwiches. The crosscut fries, French fries, and waffle fries are a hit. The atmosphere is simple, not fancy, and kid-friendly with an outdoor covered patio and seating inside. It is affordable and offers both coke and Pepsi products as well as an assortment of beers and other alcoholic beverages. Just remember, they're closed on Mondays!
