Very, very dirty restaurant! Food took over 30 minutes and sat in the warmer for more than 10 minutes. Handmade shakes? Sure pulled out of a freezer, then microwaved, and topped with whipped cream. Buns were stale, and food barely warm. And when I said I wouldn't ever come back, an employee said "I don't blame you !" I don't recommend any food from this Hardee's, save time and money and go to Cedar Rapids. I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, I could alone do the job faster, friendly, and fresher. And clean and maintain way better. Very disappointed, a owner might need to take a hard look at this place.

The service was absolutely terrible, the workers were all either high on something or were drinking including the manager on duty cause when I stated that my food was not fresh or hot and the fries were way over cooked, I will never ever stop there ever again

This was a great local place with really good food!Parking: The only issue with parking is how many people enjoy this great place!!! There is plenty of parking, including an overflow lot. We choose to cone back in 30 minutes for a late lunch after the lunch crowd emptied out a little and ate at 1 til 2 pm

I get fast food work is not glamorous and hard to care about the job, but this hardees really sets a low, low bar. Waited in line for over 30 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead who seemingly ordered a single meal for themselves. Order taker at drive through had a hint of distain in his voice and was not a pleasant individual to work with. Food was meh even by hardees meager standards. At least it was warm. If you want exceptionally slow service from a bottom tier fast food restaurant, insufferable wait times, and disgruntled employees, by all means, patron this establishment. If you have a reasonable expectation of fast food service and wait time, better to explore other options and save yourself the aggravation

Kid took our order, was kind of rude at the drive through. His tone said we were annoying him. Waited 30mins for our food with only one other vehicle behind us (guy pulled up and ended taking a nap it was taking so long). When our food finally came the kid tossed it 2ft to our truck and didn't say a work. Fries where cold and stale. I dont think ill ever return.

Kid with thick glasses working the front register needs to be more respectful. Just had a rude attitude and made me want to leave. Didn't ask if we needed anything and was in a hurry to get my order and continue talking with his Co workers. Also told me to take care of my kids better, in other words. (They were being kids and just grabbing onto the railing in front of the counter.) Also, tell him to take better care of his glasses. I make glasses for a living and those were just terrible to look at. Much less look through. Won't be back to this specific location.
