terrible service it was slow getting our food took my entire 30 min lunch and when we got our food we where missing the fries we ordered so if anything I would rate it 0.4 stars outta 5
Food I ordered was cold, burger wasn’t even warm enough to melt cheese. Fries were so cold they tasted rancid. I highly recommend staying away from this Hardee’s in Mt. Vernon, IA. 9/4/2023, 6:25 p.m. Don’t waste your money!!

Inside, the tables were dirty, the roof was leaking, and employees stood talking about personal stories instead of cleaning. The place could use someone in charge. While the food is good, the unexpected wait and lack of cleanliness make some hesitant to return.
