Asked if I could have them put the coffee in my insulated cup. No... ok fine, can you please leave the lid off? As I'm going to pour it into my cup... no...? It's a scooters cup! Bought at one of the original stores in Lincoln NE 25 plus years ago. Older than most of the workers there. They're still blaming covid! Can't even keep the lid off?! Seriously?!
Great customer service! The barista were super kind and fast (even at 7 in the morning lol) Had an issue with my order and the owner called and resolved the problem immediately and was super sweet! Will be back again:)
Love Scooters!! Much better then starbucks.... fast service and wonderful staff... I go here at least every week. I always get a turtle blender and a carmalisious muffin!!! 10/10 always!!
