Chicken Wings in Muscatine

“I stopped in last night, exhausted after work. Adam and the entire night shift with him deserve a raise. I know it's fast food, but they went above and beyond to make it the best it could possibly be. They somehow managed to take me from stressed and withdrawn into joking and chatting with them while they made my food, which was delicious by the way, and they are definitely a big reason why I'll be back. Thanks for such a positive experience.“

“I’ve got to say, the food was amazing. we walked in and the atmosphere was, well i guess you could say lonley. I’ve been here 5 times this year and none before 2025 every time the food has been beyond amazing. although I have yet to see another soul in this place and I still have yet to figure out why. The workers are… interesting to say the least and as we walked it we had to wait 3 minutes before we were acknowledged. At the counter we were looked at like aliens. But as we were sat there were no napkins, straws, or menus given to us and we were expected to know what we wanted immediately. Once we were given the menus and ordered the food came fast, looked amazing, and truly was delicious. I am in disbelief on how they are still in business, but I am glad they are just because of how the food was absolutely incomprehensible to the human taste. A wild experience to say the least but still, 5 stars.“

Service is horrible they have been open for a very long time over a year and still do not have speaker for the drive-through to order your food you have to pull up to the window honk and if there is a line you have to wait until everybody else’s food is done to even order no air conditioning to go inside in order the food very hot.
The food is usually pretty good there is somewhat of the language barrier for understanding English
UPDATE THEY HAVE HIRED HELP FOR FASTER SERVICE STILL NO WAY TO PULL UP & order at speaker it’s still broken. frustrating
Also you need to tell people to pull over after ordering so people behind can place an order or have an employee go out take orders from vehicles in line with their name so it runs faster more smoothly“

“Its been a long tine since I have dined in kfc. The food was amazing. It was rather quiet and cozy. It didn't look like three inches of grease on every surface. It was very clean. I highly recomend the chicken tenders. I can't say enough about how great this staff was. If its been awhile for you. Dine in kfc muscatine.“
