Little Caesars Reviews
I bought the 4 n 1 pizza sticks. should have been 4 pepperoni, 4 bacon and 8 cheese.
got 3 pepperoni, 3 bacon and 10 cheese.
I sent a picture and haven't heard a thing
Used to be good. The new owners there are terrible. Dry, cold, uneatable pizza with no sauce and little cheese. lost me us as customers.
I ordered directly from the store. My order was not complete. I was missing an order of Crazy Bread, sauce and Caesar sauce, a total of $4.88 plus tax. I called the store and they said they aren’t responsible for delivery service and gave me a number to call. I called the number and I was told I would be refunded 15% of my total bill, which was $23.40. That doesn’t even cover the total price of the food that was missing! What a joke! Little Caesars Pizza is a decent eatery, but some customers have noticed a decline in quality. The food is still acceptable, and the pretzel crust pizza remains a highlight, with some customers praising the perfect balance of fluffy and crispy crust that keeps them returning. The pizza often features a good mix of sauce, cheese, and melt-in-your-mouth pepperoni, though the dough can sometimes appear flat and not raised properly. The sausage pizza is another option, but some slices may be mostly cheese. Service can be inconsistent, but the staff includes friendly young employees who have entertained customers, and overall, the store's employees and service meet expectations. Prices have increased, and the selection is limited, which raises concerns about value. However, some items like the pizza puffs are highly praised and considered very affordable at just $4, with customers driving long distances just to enjoy them. Customers are encouraged to be patient and understanding, as the owners, Mike and Dan, are committed to providing a good experience. Overall, Little Caesars offers a mixed experience, but when the crust is just right, it can be a five-star pizza.
