I really like Lil Cesar's pizza but their customer service needs ALOT of improvement! I tried to get through on the phone to place an order for a half hour! No, I don't want to download the app! I want to talk to a human being! Never did get through although my husband didn't know that so he showed up to pick it up. He told the girl that his wife had placed an order by phone but she told him they hadn't been answering the phone because they'd been to busy!Add more help then!

First the mobile ordering was down. Then Christina the general manager took my order over the phone. Said the order back to me and asked for my name. When I went to pick up my order she asked for my name and then asked what I ordered because she couldn’t remember my name on the phone so my order was under the name of “don’t remember name”. She then gave me a pizza which was not the right pizza. When I called they asked me to bring the pizza back for an exchange and when I said I would rather just have a refund they asked me to come back to the store to swipe my card after they had already told me they could just do it over the phone and I would see it in 48 hours. Worst manage store experience I’ve ever had. Will never return.
Horrible experience. The person on drive thru was rude and all I could hear were people laughing in the back ground. Also two of the workers were by the dumpsters smoking what I assume was marijuana by the smell.
