10 outa 10! Service, food,,, the food! Chimichangas!! The guac! The margaritas!
I've dined here many times and generally enjoyed the food and service.
but I witnessed a server HAVING to pay for a "dine and ditch" ticket.
apparently, if a customer eats and leaves without paying; the server has to pay the bill.
that makes me want to puke.
horrible management that would expect this!
Take care of your customers all the same and don't prioritize one group over another. Actually serve the drinks people order before their food arrives and actually give them refills when they ask for them.
