From the time I rolled in the ladies were eager to greet, answer questions and make us feel welcome. I had my special needs daughter with me and they even tried to include her in conversation. Food came out quickly (but may have been delayed had our order not been placed before the table of 10 that was there for lunch.)
It was a bit stuffy in there. I was warm by the end of the meal. There a several tables open at noon but I feel like a weekend supper meal could be full. Worth the wait but I'm not sure where you would wait.
The pizza was delicious, the lasagna fantastic, the salads weren't fancy but at least they were priced accordingly. We did not fuss with the waitress about the chicken alfredo my daughter ordered. It was bland, almost like it had no Parmesan in it. Like straight up cream. The chicken was boiled? Zero color and the flavor I don't know, I only had the noodles as I had no interest in the chicken. My husband's lasagna was good. Maybe a little too herby but that is personal preference. The pizza has a good sauce and that was good because sauce can make or break a pizza. All of the helping were plentiful and we had leftovers for home.

I left the review at a 5 star because we will just chose not the alfredo-style dishes if we eat here again and I will chose the elevator not the backdoor.

This place is so cool. Stone walls and soft lighting that goes perfectly with the underground vibe. The food is FABULOUS. We had spinach artichoke dip and a specialty pizza. Dip was just the right amount of creamy and served with amazing flatbread. Pizza dough was made perfectly. Pizza was the best we’ve ever had. Service was friendly and efficient. Loved this place.
Stopped on a road trip because of the picture on Google. Food was excellent. The manager made amazing drinks and was friendly. Prices are good. Will stop again when in the area.

The pizza was great! Atmosphere was comfortable, our server was awesome and the story she told us about all of the dollars sticking out of the wall made it feel welcome...definitely will go again when we're in the area
Had a gather Saturday nite max and the staff was great and the pizza was great mom should be very happy with you I know she is

Nice hidden gem! Located underground! First time to the city from the Chicagoland! Family loved the food! Definitely will return again too bad they don’t have franchises!!!

My son and I are here this evening. We are traveling for a tournament. He can be picky and he eats like a bird. He could not stop raving about the chicken Alfredo! He kept saying “mom this is 5 stars, we are giving them 5 stars. Can I tell them I want to give them 5 stars!” My pizza was delicious as well. We will be back!

It's a very cool atmosphere. Down the stairs, and you enter a world of old stone foundation and brick walls. The correlation to the London Underground is fun. The service was excellent, and the pizza top shelf. The shrimp Alfredo was just okay.
This restraunt serves sub par food and treats its workers horribly. As a family restraunt it treats its family well and treats all other workers like expendable trash. I have personally witnessed the cooks eating pepperoni and other ingredients rite off of q customers pizza before serving it and know first hand that an ex employee was refused a day off so he could be with his family after a family member had heart surgery. Bad food, rude owners. Do not waste your money here. And if you read the owners response it should tell you all you need to know about her and her company.
