Stopped with my brothers on a motorcycle ride. We almost always find BBQ when we are riding and we have had a lot. These guys are legit. Generous portions and everyone in our group left full, plus we had leftovers for the evening. The burnt ends are TOP SHELF! If we get back to the area we will for sure visit them again. Highly recommend

First time visiting Muscatine and a local on the street recommended this restaurant. Let me tell you they knocked it out of the park!! The building is stunning and the workers were so kind and speedy. The BBQ was some of the best I have EVER had and that's saying a lot!! My group ordered the nachos, brisket & ribs, brisket & pulled pork, and the buffalo cauliflower. The portions were huge and The homemade BBQ sauce was to die for. Will definitely stop here again when I'm in town next!

I love Skinny's food. It took over Texas Roadhouse as my favorite place to eat. Well worth the 25 mile 1 way drive. If you haven't eaten here you are missing one of the best meals you will ever have!

My husband and I made the trip yesterday from Davenport down to Skinny’s BBQ. So glad we did!! He had 3 bones with sidewinder fries and beans. The meat was so tender and flavorful, the sides were very good as well. I had the Brisket Grilled Cheese! I absolutely loved it!! It was delicious. I only could eat half, it was so big. My side I chose potato salad so we would have a variety to try. It was better than most I’ve had out. Their sauces were very good too. It’s in a very nice location, there also is a nice patio area to sit outside if you wish, with a nice view of the river. We will definitely be back!!

They were busy so we had to wait a little while, but the wait was worth it! The staff was so nice and working hard. We enjoyed everything we ordered!
In Muscatine for two weeks and this place was recommended by numerous people. I without a doubt have to say best pulled pork in Iowa. The ribs are amazing, so is the brisket, burnt ends. Their sides are damn good too.
