We went to Jacks beef at the new food truck park in Ames today. My friend and I both got the brisket loaded potato. We had a horrible customer service experience from them while ordering. When we went home to eat we opened the food packages and it smelt like puke. My friend and I still took one bite from my box of food and did not like it. Looks like this place changes its hours and food every month. To be continued? The one time I got a sandwich here it was horribly over-salted and must have been a mistake but I didn't have the time to take it back.
