New Beginnings Gluten Free Bakery

We were having a birthday party for my husband and we have a family member with celiac disease so it was important to have both delicious and safe food for the weekend. We ordered a cake and potato buns for the party. Both were great but the potato buns were amazing! Everyone was excited to have a GF bread option that was so good!!! Highly recommend!

My husband stumbled across this bakery today and it did not disappoint!! New Beginnings had a huge selection of food to choose from and it was all delicious. I will definitely be ordering from this bakery more often!

Rhonda is not only kind and thoughtful but an excellent baker also!!!!! She made a perfect gluten free dairy free cake for my daughter's wedding. She is the best and I highly recommend her bakery!!!

My husband ordered a gluten-free red velvet cake for my 50th birthday, today. I haven't had red velvet cake in over 10 years and I've been obsessed with it since then. New Beginnings delivered! It was soooo moist, flavorful, richly red and with the most delicious cream cheese icing. Thank you so much for this wonderful birthday cake. It's absolutely amazing, thank you!

Most gluten free options taste like cardboard. My first time eating a cupcake from here brought tears to my eyes. I forgot how good desserts can be! Stop buying those imitation gluten free products and buy their treats, you’ll thank me after! Straight from the hyvee freezer isle btw.

Fantastic bakery, with goods made by such wonderful people! I've had the opportunity to go into the kitchen and train with the owner. I was astounded by the amount of joy and love that goes into her baked goods....and the TIME she takes to perfect her recipes. I had no idea how complicated it was to create anything gluten (and dairy) free and ensuring it tastes delicious. Chantal is always working to bring new items to her menu and I highly suggest running out to get the new iced brownies!!

We had the cinnamon rolls this morning and they are FANTASTIC!! Hands down the best GF we’ve had. Thank you! I am excited to try more of your goodies!
