Had great cupcakes and kids treats on a stick at the Walcott Egg Hunt.
I gave her short notice but she got it done for me and executed it exactly how I wanted it. My father said it’s the best chocolate cake he’s had. I’m extremely pleased!
I ordered a Reese’s Peanut Butter cake for my husband’s birthday and Michelle knocked it out of the park! Her customer service was excellent and she was very flexible with me when I asked to change the date for pick up. The detail on the cake was awesome and it tasted just as amazing as it looked. Thank you, Michelle! I will be back!
My family enjoyed a delicious Chocolate Oreo cake Michelle made for my grandson's birthday this weekend. One of the best tasting and fancy cakes I've ever had! We can't stop talking about it.
Ordered about 7 dozen doughnuts and a cake for my wedding, picked it up and followed the instructions to refrigerate it. Upon the day of the wedding, the doughnuts could only be described as "hard", the only thing I can think to compare them to is a dry Popeyes biscuit. minor issue, we pushed on though. Then comes the cake. We finish the wedding and dinner, and "try" to cut it. It was worse than the doughnuts, it's was about as dense as concrete and not a single person ate any of it beyond our bride and groom slice. We contacted Michelle to let her know, and she gaslighted us saying that she had never had any issues before, and offered no help or resolution to the issue, then proceeded to block us. But wait there's more! Once we decided to go leave reviews of her horrid product and poor customer service, she called my wife's phone directly while she was at work to yell at her and harras her for the negative reviews. My advice after all this? Save yourself the money and just buy a box cake, it'll taste so much better than anything you'd end up with from here.
If I could give zero stars I would. My wedding was October 16th, 2021. I ordered around 7 dozen donuts and a large 13 inch cake for my reception.Prior to pick up I had gone in to discuss frosting colors with her and when I didn't like the bright orange color she had (when I was needing a burnt/dark terracotta color). Michelle became pushy, saying SHE wanted the pop of color on the cake instead of it being all white/cream. She mixed up a few options of colors and none of which were what I wanted. She kept saying that the color she originally had was the color I wanted - when in fact, it wasn't. I had to bring my God-mother in to help me through the situation as I felt like I hadn't been heard at all. Michelle had gotten a bit snappy with my God-mother and my God-mother had to ask Michelle if she was angry with us. We left feeling pressured into the color Michelle wanted. In the end, I told Michelle to forget the terracotta color all together.I had paid Michelle $25 to DELIVER the cake/donuts to the venue. I later told her I'd pick up the order myself as I had more time on the Friday (Oct 15th) before my wedding. This was around 12:30 pm. I NEVER got the delivery fee back.Once home, I placed my baked goods in my fridge; as directed by Michelle to insure freshness. The day of the wedding I try a donut with my now husband and a few other family members. The donuts were SO dry that we IMEDITATLY had to drink water after one bite. It was horrible.I could not serve these to my guests.Having had some of Michelle's other items (way prior to my wedding), we held out hope for the cake.During our cake cutting ceremony, my guests watch my husband and I BOTH struggle to cut the cake. While feeding one another we both realized just how bad the cake was.The cake was grainy, like cornmeal and was so dry it was like sawdust. I had a few of my guests (mother, god-mother, and my photographer) taste the cake to make sure we weren't going crazy. All of these people agreed that the cake was downright horrible.I was EMBARASSED. To say the least.I got in contact with Michelle to discuss how badly things went and she offered no compensation for leaving me with inedible items for my WEDDING GUESTS. All she said was "I'm sorry. I haven't gotten complaints before. Maybe you can think of us and try us again in the future."I will NOT be coming back. I had trusted her with our big day and I was left with a trash can full of gross baked goods.
Michelles Sweet Treats provided our work Ugly Sweater Party with fantastic treats. We had three different flavors of cocoa bombs, two different flavors of cake pops and holiday cookies. Highly recommend!
Michelles treats are wonderfully delicious! She bakes with her heart and soul. The special ingredient in them is love !
