Buffets in Newton, IA

“Tonight was absolute madness and I could clearly see the staff led by wil was truly doing the best they could. I have never seen this location this busy. Yes the buffet area was behind but I've noticed in this location things are a hit or miss on how many customers will come in and when they won't so being on top of things would be hard with such inconsistency. For food and amount of staff to have on schedule. That being said I wanted to leave this five star review for all of the staff on schedule for tonight and the manager I met named Wil who through all the madness still found the moment to help my daughter and I at the arcade area. I totally seen and understood the struggle of working in a kitchen during an extreme rush period such as tonight and being understaffed for the rush that came. Y'all did your best and I noticed!“
