If you like maid rite burgers you might enjoy the food more than we did. The meat had no flavor. However, the fries and iced tea were great! Cute place! I don't think the kids loved working there. We heard the cheese cards were great and the pie looked good too. FYI: there are steep stairs to the bathroom. Not wheelchair accessible!
A Newton, Iowa tradition for as long as I can remember! The sandwich is hard to explain (ground beef…sounds boring but it’s not ?)but it’s yummy! Stop by for a sandwich and crispy crinkle fries - it will make your mouth happy!

As far as I'm concerned coming back to Newton Iowa and you don't go to the maid right and have a maid alright your loss because those sandwiches are really good I have at least two or three a week that midnight restaurants been there a long time and I sure am glad it's their everyone have a great day and a merry Christmas
