Went through the drive through thinking I'm ordering a meal get up to the window the kid handed us the bag didn't say thank you and closed the window asked him to open the window again I asked where my chips were at the kid said " you didn't ask or say what kind" and shut the window. So I went inside , and said to the lady at the front counter I said I didn't get my chips , she asked for the receipt and I handed it to her and I asked her with a normal voice and if you can tell the kid working the window when someone's trying to talk to him not to reply and just close the window when someone is talking to them her reply was " you don't have to be so rude about it" I laughed and said rude about it ? I said rude I wasn't being rude!!!and then a young lady making the sandwiches yelled while standing next to the lady yelled HAVE A NICE DAY!!! So needless to say they won't get my business anymore!!! It was a good spot Togo to but the 2 ladies and the one kids working the window killed it I won't be spending my money there anymore

We visited this location on our vacation and they, unfortunately, disappointed us. We waited at the drive through for 5 minutes to enter the store and see 3 employees without headsets. Upon ordering I requested a special cheese on my sandwich and they said they can only use the cheese that the sandwich comes with. I refused to order my food. My wife and daughter ordered and got “Subway quality” made sandwiches. All of the meat on one side and lettuce on the other making one bite all meat and the other all veggies. I expect more from a Jimmy John’s. I guess it’s better than starving but I refuse to give these types of establishments my patronage. Please do better and take pride in your work people.

Food is consistent with other JJ's, but the service isn't anything too zippy. We usually wait twice as long here as we do in Altoona. If they picked up the pace it would help a lot.

Have ordered delivery 3 times and they were 30 minutes to 1 hour late each time 2 times and the third time they didn’t even tell us there was no driver until we called wondering where our food was. DO NOT ORDER

This Jimmy Johns has never been consistent in their delivery time. Several times ive waited as long as 2hrs. Sorry to say but see ya Jimmie Johns. If Im being charged a delivery fee i want a 20min or less delivery time! I love the sandwiches but will have to take my business elsewhere.
