Every time I go it's slow service went today 06-25-25 got 2 combos a wrap and a Sammie and bow tie pasta coming over all the food is great Don't get me wrong there but Saturday the window for about 5 minutes the guy took my money said give them a few then handed me in my bag and said have a good day and I'm like what about my sodas so could work on that kind of service and all

Food is consistent with other JJ's, but the service isn't anything too zippy. We usually wait twice as long here as we do in Altoona. If they picked up the pace it would help a lot.

We were happy to see Jimmy John's back in town. We have ordered in the app to pick up a few times and have been pleased every time. Our order is right, the food is fantastic, and the order is usually ready for pick up very quickly. Highly recommended!
