Horrible wait times for literally a 4 item order. And you all have 5 staff working. Your screens only show 4 orders which includes the people that just walked in. Could have offered a free future meal for how much time we had to wait! Clearly not a favorable location. And the environment was stale and muggy inside.

Shameka made our day. She is so lovely and rambunctious. Made our kids smile ear to ear. She had amazing patience for us and our big family and our large order. This Arby’s had the freshest food we have had. 10/10
This Arby's was very good. Everything was fresh, the people were hustling, yet still friendly. My only gripe which isn't anything to be annoyed at or a big deal. The floor was sticky particularly by the soda machines.
