Restaurant was clean fast and efficient with it being lunch hours. Bathroom was clean.... The gm was patient with my indecisiveness. Great customer service. Addressed me by name after placing order and still gave me the sandwich I canceled after changing my mind. I decided to try the gyro...only complaint is the gyro wrap is hard.

We love Arby's ❤️ The place is always clean, the people make the best food and are so nice. The restrooms are always clean and have plenty of paper products. The food is always warm and fries, cheese sticks, and poppers are hot and fresh. I almost always walk in to order our food to go. We like to eat our sides on the road and sandwich when we get home. Food prices are high but they're high everywhere.
Pretty decent Arby's. Food is usually hot and tastes decently fresh. Once in awhile the shakes aren't good but usually ok. Not too long waiting in drive thru. Drive thru employees tend to be nice enough.

Stood back to decide and then a lovely lady named Shandra? I believe stopped to help us and then was very rudely told by Phillip that she was on fryers and he was on front counter. I would've rather dealt with her over him. He was very rude during the whole transaction and the way he talked the the last that tried to help us was absolutely disgusting.

Probably the slowest and worst customer service I've ever had at an Arby's. Waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure the girl at the window was high. You'd think waiting that long the order would atleast be correct. Probably wont be stopping there when passing through ever again.
