I splurged on delivery for a party (~$15 extra for the fee + 20% tip) and the driver circled the neighborhood for over a half hour. At his request, I texted the address to his personal number multiple times (which was different than the Domino's number he used to call me). I even ran after him after I'm pretty sure he turned around in our driveway, but he never made it back. Eventually, we left our guests to pick up the order from Domino's. Unfortunately, by then the pizza was cold and we were too hangry to notice the dipping sauce was missing.

I called to order five pizzas for my son's memorial gathering. Store manager, Isaiah, was very helpful, kind and understanding of our loss. He assisted me with my order and delivery. Everything went as he promised; pizzas were on time and hot. His professionalism, compassion and understanding during a difficult time led me to tears (again). I will always order my pizzas from Isaiah at Dominos Pizza in North Liberty.

My pizza is usually ready in about 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and the app is easy to use.

They've screwed up our order twice in a row now. Didn't even start making our pizza this time until after we called (a full hour after we placed the order in the app). Never again.

Talk about an assembly team that bangs out these pizzas. They are faster than fast food. I didn't hear anyone dictate control or mitigate who was in charge of doing what. Teamwork. This team was flawless. Fully staffed crew. Orders popping online and drive through was handled with care.

Parking: Close too the door. And a lengthy drive-through.

Kid-friendliness: The kids can watch the employees make food from their point of view. Essentially, they have a stair case that allows them to watch.

Called in my order on Superbowl Sunday. Very polite and professional worker took my order. I'm from a large city and wasn't use to the fast delivery time. Delivery driver was super nice and the pizza was hot and delicious!!!

Location always states pizza is ready on the app when it is not. I do not have this issue at other Domino's locations. Also, ingredient quantity is not the same as other Domino's locations I visit.
