I am so furious with this place! Normally I have NO ISSUES with my food but today after specifically paying for and saying what I did and did not want on my food, what do you know it was mad WRONG!! I specifically asked for no tomatoes because I’m allergic and extra chicken that I paid for and still did not give me what I paid for and wanted!!

I ordered a new Sicilian along with my usual sandwich to give it a try. It looked good on the adds. It was awful. Way over seasoned, to the point I thought the lid might have fell off of the shaker. I couldn’t taste any of the meats or cheese. I went to the drive up.

I ordered a turkey sandwich with onion and asked to add bacon and avocado spread, which they charge extra for. There was a tiny amount of turkey and avocado spread. There wasn't enough to distribute evenly and 1/3 of the bread had no turkey or avocado. There was no bacon at all. They put a lot of onions on it so it was more like I got an onion sandwich. I've always liked Jimmy John's but this one always seems to get our order wrong and this time, we were also overcharged. I recommend the Mgr train the staff to make sure the order's right by verifying it with the customer. Also, the cookies are processed, but they're good.

Ordered thru drive up. Worst experience. Had to repeat ourselves 3 times. Went to window to complete our order because they couldn't hear on speaker. Guy at window still could not hear. We complained about speaker, and explained i would not return to this location. He agreed and said he wouldn't either. Either fix speaker, or fix the hearing of employees please and thank you!

Normally a pretty good delivery sandwich place. Lately, I’ve noticed mistakes increasing. (Smaller items like condiments being forgotten, chips being swapped out for different flavors etc) All understandable especially if its a busy lunch hour. But today they literally put nothing on my sandwich. I was given bread, with nothing in it. I even took a bite because often it’s not filled to the point you can see the ingredients. Will not be returning to Jimmy Johns.
