Ordered thru drive up. Worst experience. Had to repeat ourselves 3 times. Went to window to complete our order because they couldn't hear on speaker. Guy at window still could not hear. We complained about speaker, and explained i would not return to this location. He agreed and said he wouldn't either. Either fix speaker, or fix the hearing of employees please and thank you!
The food is the usual Jimmy John's, high quality and freaky fast, when you can get it. Pulled in at 5pm on a Monday evening and the employees were walking out the door and locked it in front of us. No explanation. No sign. Nothing.
Great place! The employees were very gracious when we came in shortly before closing. We didn't realize they were close to closing and had been working nearby all day without a break to get food. The employees didn't grumble or have an attitude, they were really friendly, and our food was great!
