Ordered a Garden Pizza (veggie with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, feta, etc) and they added PINEAPPLE! yuk. Seriously?
Called to complain and they laughed and said they had just fired the cook. If true, that solves their problem but not mine.
I see here that I’m not the only one who has had recent issues. Buyer beware.
Whoever was working on 1/13 answering the phone needs some more training or to not be the person dealing with customers. I totally hate being a “Karen” but what my husband and I just experienced is unacceptable. Our door dasher called us to notify us that the store is refusing to take our order after they already confirmed it in the app, and will only accept take out orders because there are only two of them there.
