It's real hit and miss here and it's all on the employees. If they've got good help when you order then your gonna get a good pizza. I like Marcos Pizza when it's made right. If they have crap help then you don't know what you're getting. My wife ordered two pizzas online for pickup. They got the toppings correct but made both thin crust even though mine was not supposed to be. I do not like Marcos thin crust. Previously I've had trouble getting the right toppings, though we ordered a speciality pizza (ie the toppings are standard for that named pizza). But more often than not they get it right and I love it. I pay for it with a little heart burn but that's my issue. Would love to rate this pizza joint higher but they're gonna have to be more reliable and consistent for that to happen.

Ordered a Garden Pizza (veggie with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, feta, etc) and they added PINEAPPLE! yuk. Seriously?
Called to complain and they laughed and said they had just fired the cook. If true, that solves their problem but not mine. I see here that I’m not the only one who has had recent issues. Buyer beware.

Just ordered asking for extra sauce on my pizza and hardly any sauce.
Love the pizza, but service is often not good. They focus too much on making more pizzas than getting pizzas out the door.

This is the third horrible experience I have had ordering Marco’s. After waiting 35 minutes after my “pick up time” I received an uncut pizza and none of the sauces I had paid for. There were roughly 10 “messed up” orders sitting on the shelf and a very frazzled and rude individual who was running the counter. It’s a shame that our favorite pizza place has gone down hill so much in such a short amount of time. We won’t be returning until they can figure out whatever their problems are.

Can’t believe it took 2 hours to deliver my food normally I pick it up the last time they delivered it it took about the same time and I thought I give them guys a 2nd chance on this delivery time but yet I’m as disappointed as the first time. Oh and one of the pizzas where slightly burned 32 bucks will spend. Thanks, Marco
