Management was rude. I asked for ranch and he said it was in the bag after I already checked and saw no ranch. Then made me wait 10min to even get ranch and passed by me and saw me still standing there.

This place is awful. The food preparation area is filthy. With caked on food and grease all over the floor and hard surfaces.The staff are incompetent and unprofessional.When you walk in employees are blaring music from their personal devices and own playlists and it takes ages for them to even be bothered to take your order( that they no doubt will miss up). Not to mention the wait time for food is substantially more than that of other fast food locations. It’s a shame that management doesn’t even try to fix it considering these issues have been going on for quite some time.

Waited forever for them to take my order even though no one was in line. There was hair in fries, half empty drinks, cold burgers. Literally every time at this place something is wrong.

today around 9pm my kids went for food with friends! tell me why this employee were rude and ended up drinking my kids drinks ! worst customer service! they should be fired and will be fired! i will contact corporate!
Well you suck! I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin and when I got to my destination to eat it, it had some nasty queso on it that I did not order. You guys need to do better. Don’t put stuff on it that isn’t orders.

Website and the schedule on their drive thru window state that this location opens up at 4am on Sunday morning. On 03/09/2025 I placed a mobile order at about 615 am so I could pick up and the restaurant was still not open. So now had to go to the other location, which means I now have two charges being pulled from my bank account. Absolutely ridiculous. Would like a corporate call to discuss this situation.

This place at night often looks like this, you can tell how things are going to be based on how it looks when you enter. The morning staff has it way more appropriate. They clear off the screen without having bagged the food. They are not even trying. These employees on this shift and this day must originally be from the McDonald's by Coralridge and if so that was a huge mistake. The food should have been done at 7:37, instead they took an additional 5 minutes. Then acted all high and mighty when they finally did back the items, wanted me to verify the number. Which had the food not been sitting there for over 7 minutes I wouldn't had a problem. You can't fix who's over in charge of the shift they need to be replaced. The attitude from the front end staff is ridiculous. I'll be calling the GM, the DM and corporate in the morning. On a simple order of two large fries and two McDoubles. They forgot one large fry and the other was dumped in the bag.

I ordered 2 McChickens no lettuce. I got 2 McChickens but lettuce and pickles were on it. Not sure how to say this but I will not be returning to this location. I expect ppl to listen and put my order in right.

I was disappointed first by the long wait in the drive-thru, though there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me. After pulling over to wait for my food to be bought to me, I was given a just over half full box of fries and a warm quarter pounder. Even though my expectations weren't much higher for my local McDonald's, why do I have to drive 2 miles away to get good food and service from another McDonald's?

This was the worst experience. Do not get you can charge almost $30 for two meals. Waited 20 minutes for a take out order. We were still waiting on a big mac and one of the employee takes a big mac for her lunch and sits down and then says we need another big mac as we have been sitting there the only ones in there.Then hear her complain the buns hard so when I get mine the bun was hard as well so we gad to go back in to switch it out. My husband got two McRibs where the buns were hard as well. So had to go back to McDonalds now it has been 35 minutes. Also as my husband went to take his McRibs back someone was in trying to get tea out of the dispenser and the employee says waitI know how to get it out and takes a cup and dips it in the sweet tea dispenser and pours it in the guys cup. No way would this fly with any regulations they have to abide by for the health department. Then the employee giving my husband the refund was eating at the same time. The bathrooms also had no toilet paper and it was 10:30 in the morning. The pop also in the lobby was all flat and had no carbonation. So we had to ask from pop where they fill the drive through drinks. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
