Came for buffet at 530, no chicken on the buffet at a all you can eat pizza and chicken place, like that happens, so we waited 10 mins for chicken and when we went for salad had no ranch available, when asked to refill was given an attitude. Came to play games with children have to buy a card to play for credits, going to get a $20 card when go to pay its $22 because you have to pay $2 for the card itself. For a family friendly place, we paid $70 to wait for food, given attitude then be taken advantage of to make our children happy. To me, may need to look at your practices on how you run your business, someone that makes as much as this one does still charges to use a credit card just to pay the check. Needless to say to have someone actually want to enjoy your establishment, maybe include things in the prices and think ahead so there are no SURPRISE charges towards the customer!

** 2 months later and I've been sitting for over 20 minutes of a simple order of veg, potatoes and cheese stix ... This is a common occurrence and I've been informed it'll be another 5+ minutes for the corn alone when originally it was the chicken 20 minutes ago ... I could understand at a rush hour but at 4pm that's the delay after delay, this is a kitchen staff and front of house issue that needs to be resolved before I'll come back **
I've been waiting for over 10 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done in 4 minutes. I've not been given an update nor has anyone apologized for the delay. I've been here as a customer and the food was not great.

A great place to go for excellent all you can eat buffet-style pizza, salad bar, chicken dinner, dessert pizza, and soft serve ice cream choices. The even greater aspect is that it is adjourned to bowling rallies and an entire game arcade right next door. Good eats and fun for everyone!
