I used to go to pizza ranch periodically. I say used to because, while here right now, it'll be the last time.
First the reason. Pizza ranch now has hidden service fees. On two people, it cost about .70. This doesn't sound like a lot, and it isn't, but it's the principle of the matter. No place should charge hidden fees like this. Artificially lowering price and adding a fee on checkout is wrong. It feels like the contract - that between the client (me) and the company (Pizza Ranch) is dishonest. It also feels like Pizza Ranch can't be honest about what one is expected to pay. I'm sure many don't notice, and that's why these things happen.
Overall the food isn't bad but it's more the environment than the food I feel. The facility is well kept up, although cameras everywhere. Arcade is nice.

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. 40 min after my confirmation said it would be delivered I called. I was told Door Dash never confirmed order and they could refund me or I could come and get it. No notification from Pizza Ranch that order was not getting delivered. I went and picked up and voiced my concern. Food was cold when I got home. Won't be ordering again.

Loved the fried chicken and dessert pizzas at this Pizza Ranch. Bruce was an amazing employee that was always helping, kind, and quick with grabbing our plates at the table. The fun zone was a great atmosphere that had a lot of games to play and prizes to choose from!
I really enjoyed my experience at this Pizza Ranch! The atmosphere was very clean and friendly, the food was great and we had very quick and helpful service from Bruce! Would recommend this location of Pizza Ranch!

Bailey truly put my mind at ease by confirming all details earlier in the week to ensure everything was correct on the kitchen’s end.
On the day of the event, the food arrived exactly as promised—delicious, fresh, and right on time. The staff who came to set up were fantastic and went above and beyond by taking care of the little things you might not think of, like ensuring there were enough serving utensils and even providing butter for the rolls.
Our attendees genuinely enjoyed the meal, and it contributed to an overall great time for everyone.
