I went here and waited 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to eventually tell me they didn’t have enough of the food I wanted to make my sandwich. I also asked for a 30oz drink and they gave me a tiny cup and said that’s all they had. I asked for a refund and then they gave it to me in cash even though I paid in card. At least I got a refund but it’s a little odd.

My wife went into subway today, and tried use a coupon that we got in the mail from subway in the same city, and was denied.

Consistently understaffed. Order frequently wrong. This time the wait for my online pickup order was a full 30 min late. Disappointing considering I like subway but will just have to go to the one the next town over.

Literally my worst experience with Subway ever. They don't take coupons, they're so *slow*, and you have to repeat your 3-4 times like they truly can't understand you. The person making my flatbread also started wrapping it when I did not ask them to, I have never had them wrap at any subway location, and he didn't even ask. I will never ever be returning to this location and you shouldn't bother going either.

Edit: I just got home and found that they did not cut my wrap or sandwich. I don't know where they found these workers, but they should not be left alone together.

First of all today the lady had abad attitude then i order aprotein bowl steak all i got was afew chopped pieces and ahandfull of lettuce which aint worth 20dollars they charged me .Have order similar food in other locations and was different

Went to 2 different subways, one in North Liberty and one in Coralville, neither would honor my coupon. What's this all about? Why even send them out?

Disappointing to find out after placing my order that this location as well as the Cross Park location decided they don’t accept the coupons I am sent on a monthly basis. Poor ownership. Will not be returning to any location owned by the current owner. This location is also incredibly unreliable. Will be out of business in no time.

They are never open, locked doors at 9am when the open at 8. Also do not recommend ordering pickup, every pick up order no matter the time of the day they cancel. Also seems like i never am refunded for these cancelled orders and have had to call Subway multiple times to get my money back!
