It's a new facility and their staff is top notch. I'm surprised they don't know me by name or car by now. I choose this facility over others for their cleanliness and effort to ensure client satisfaction.

Usually never have any issues until tonight. Ordered a crunchy taco, soft taco, big cheeze-it tostada, chrunchwrap, and 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt through the app. Arrive at the location and waited 10 minutes in front of the window. Lady hands me food and when I get home the order is completely wrong. Will now know not to order food at night at this location if this is how staff is.

The service at this Taco Bell is superb. The drive-through never seems to get backed up, and my order has always been correct, even we with the customizations.

Best Taco Bell in the area. We come out of the way from coralville. Always clean, food is quick when you mobile order and go in to pick up. Once we mobile order pickups, and it took like 10-15 extra minutes, and they gave us 5 free Dorito taco coupons. Consistently good for Taco Bell, highly recommend (do not go to coralville or Iowa city ones they are gross). Like any drive through it’s probably not the best service doing drive through, again, mobile order and go in and pick it up. Sure maybe they don’t let you order and sometimes play music, but the food is fire lmao

WORSE TACO-BELL EVER! drive-thru speaker is very low or the worker is just talking low I still greet the Hispanic lady who literally doesn’t respond. Or even confirm she got my order. Just wanted a 7 dollar box and was charged for another meal I didn’t order. Whoever the Hispanic lady that works day shift is horrible. She has an attitude as if they were busy but there is literally no one there besides me. She mistakenly left the drive thru mic on and I can hear her swearing at me in Spanish. She didn’t even ask me what type of sauce. She took my money with a nasty attitude she just has. poor service that matched the pig slop on a shell meal. $7 meal turned into $19. She was so standoffish I wanted to ask her why do I get 2 drinks but didn’t even want to bother her and just left. I can’t wait till people like this are replaced with “ROBOTS” people like this should not be anywhere near anything that requires customer service…. 9/10/24 @ 5PM

It appears they purposely turn off signage and exterior lights (Taco Bell sign) and parking lot lights to appear not open although they are open late.

We went there and we asked for 3 chicken soft tacos and nacho fries and we get up to the window and we get our food we leave and check if everything’s in there and the nacho fries were not so we pull back around and ask for our nacho fries and the guy said they were on the Tacos and we specifically said as a side and then he gets his crazy manager and she comes to the window furious and yells at me about the tacos and eventually we left.

Placed mobile order. Showed up at 6:35 and had no answer at drive through. Paper sign said they were closing at 7. Wasnt 7. Saw people inside that. They wouldnt do anything. Hopefully I get a refund?

Four cars were in the drive through this morning but there was no one at the counter and no one to be seen in the store. All of us drove away. Time before that my entire order was wrong- I ordered Crunchwrap sub black beans and got meat. I asked for a quesadilla and it was plain cheese.

Not realizing I did not have enough money on my card they took my last $8 off of my card said they refunded it it'll be there in 3 days even though I wanted to split the transaction. So they basically took my last dollar and left me with no dinne rude. The manager Samantha was so incredibly rude. I left humiliated and hungry this location should be ashamed of their management.
