This location used to be great. Must be new staff and management because it has definitely gone down in service and quality. Closing early, freeze machine is constantly down, items are usually wrong/missing. You will usually have to wait 20+ minutes for your order even if you're the only person waiting.

Waited in line 10 minutes at the speaker box. Never got an answer so I went to the window and they said they can’t serve until the fryers decide to turn on. They had been trying since 6am. Very lovely when you reroute your drive to work to go somewhere that this continues to happen.

when i arrived at taco bell i could already feel i was not going to have a good experience. to start off my order, i got two cinnamon twists and did not get. i also got a dr pepper which is FLAT. they also didn’t give my drink until i asked. i was overall very disappointed in what was supposed to be a fun eating experience
Ordered a chicken taco with light sauce and add tomatoes. First one was had no tomatoes and drenched in the sauce. Went back up and asked them to remake it, the lady was very rude and they made it worse than the first time and still no tomatoes. The staff still continued to be rude and argue. Would not recommend this location.

I drive around Iowa city and Cedar Rapids for work and eat out all the time the past ten years you will not find a better Taco Bell. There's A very good reason also. You'll understand if you walk in. I live in Cedar Rapids And the Taco Bell's up there simply cannot compare. Food is always fresh af here and Never skimpy. It is 100% the best Taco Bell in the corridor at this Moment in history!

The only bad thing about this location, is the same with all Johnson County locations. You never know when their lobby is closed. However unlike every other Taco Bell or you have to go to the drive-thru they are quite quick.
