First visit. Their Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich is phenomenal! I paired a half sandwich with a cup of Tomato Soup & had a n Iced Chai Tea Latte with a shot of Vanilla. Everything was excellent. I'll be back.

This is my go to place before I play golf. I get my baked goods my iced coffee. Everyone is always so nice there and it’s right next-door to the golf course.

My salad was limp and kind of slimy. Sandwich felt like the ratios were off, not very flavorful. Java House coffee is fine but I wouldn’t go to Heirloom for the food!

Plenty of creative and delicious options, comfortable indoor seating, very kind staff, clean and welcoming, absolutely no complaints <3 I’ve been here 3 times so far and I will continue returning when I’m in the area :)

Good coffee shop for locally roasted and brewed coffee. Love the cold brew and giant of the earth pour over as well as the chai tea to name a few. A local gem and great for people who like a better cup of coffee. Lucky to have them in the Iowa city area. Wish they could get the business back after COVID to be open later at night particularly at least the downtown location and now the north liberty location with the opening of the new hospital in north liberty.

Easily my favorite coffee stop in the area. The food is also great here. I love the southwest breakfast sandwich. Support local and make this your next coffee stop!

Hit or miss. When it misses, it misses bad. All ice, no coffee.

Food and drinks were Delicious nice fresh ingredients
Only negative is the concrete floor and the metal chairs make A LOT of noise
the chairs are wonky and uncomfortable
And it would be helpful to possibly have a food menu printed out for people who can’t stand and look at menu or don’t have a phone to look at it

A staple in the Iowa City arena for years, I became a patron as a college student decades ago and now bring my kid 20 years later. Great food and coffee. Friendly environment.....plenty of offerings for the coffee connoisseur to the 5 year old boba tea aficionado!!

I by mistake ordered my drink on the app for pickup at the store in north liberty when I wanted the one in Iowa city. I go there just about every morning before work. I called and asked them to cancel it and refund me but I was told they aren’t allowed to refund me and didn’t offer a credit for a drink. All I got was a be careful when picking your location next time. I’ve never heard of that anywhere. I emailed the customer experience email and received a very dry response back from their “president”. She refunded me but, no apology for the way that situation was extremely mishandled. No wonder the staff lacks good customer service with Tara Cronbaugh as their president . It was disappointing to say the least. I really like the staff at the Iowa city location but it’s not worth spending my money there just about every day if my business isn’t valued or appreciated.
